The product

A building that reprograms itself.

Below is a stylised venue carrying the six surface types a real bowl carries — main board, ribbons, entrance, concourse, exterior marquee and sponsor fascia. Change the event and every one of them answers together, in a deliberate order, with the main board locking in last. This is the engine, running live in this page.

Proof, not a claim

Change the building yourself.

This is the actual engine powering everything above — not a video of it, and not a mock-up. Every surface in the venue reads from one small block of values. Change a value and the building changes. Nothing re-renders, because there is nothing to re-render.

Live venue payloadupdating

These controls drive the same venue above — scroll up while you use them and you will see it answer. On a real installation this block does not come from a panel like this one: it arrives from the club's event calendar, the sponsorship system, or the live game feed. The engine does not know the difference.

The wedge

The venue is not the problem. Rebuilding it every time is.

A conventional event package is a folder of finished artwork. It is beautiful on the day it is delivered and it starts expiring the following morning — because the event name, the colours, the sponsor and every screen size are painted into the pixels.

A conventional event package

  • Creative is rebuilt from scratch for every event
  • Every identity requires another production cycle
  • A sponsor change means new exports of everything
  • Each venue screen is treated as a separate job
  • Every event starts from zero

The ANC live venue engine

  • One connected visual system behind the whole building
  • Every screen changes together, in one take
  • A new event is launched in minutes, not weeks
  • Sponsors are replaced instantly, across every surface
  • The engine grows with the venue instead of expiring

Commercial model

Sold as a system, not as a stack of files.

Work at this level is weeks of design, material development and motion engineering before a single surface lights up. It is sold in tiers, and the tiers are ladders — each one is the previous one with more of the building inside it.

Why the third tier is the one that matters. The first two are one-off revenue that has to be re-won every year, and any competent studio can quote against them. The third renews on its own, deepens with every season it runs, and cannot be matched by a vendor who ships files — because the thing being sold is not artwork, it is the system that produces it. Figures are deliberately absent here: the structure is the pitch, the numbers are set per venue.
